Holiday Calendar and Weather Closings

Business Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Cabarrus County offers 12 annual paid holidays. The County follows the State of NC schedule for holiday closings.

Several departments have extended hours to better serve our citizens. Check department links for information on their hours of operation and holiday schedules.

Severe Weather Policy

The County Manager or their designee can close or delay opening of County offices. These changes can be due to severe weather. These closings or delays are:

• broadcast via local media outlets
• streamed on CabCoTV
• posted on the County's social media sites
