How do I receive phone calls from an inmate?

A Wall of Pay Phones in a Local Jail All inmates can make outside calls to family and friends. Families/Friends can create prepaid accounts by:

calling 1-800-943-2189
visiting the Cabarrus inmate phone provider, NC Inmate Communications (NCIC)

Inmates cannot receive incoming calls.

Billing for inmate calls (local and long distance) is on a per-minute rate, with no connection fees. International calls are also billed at a per-minute rate. The Detention Center (Jail) does not allow three-way calling.
