All Cabarrus County facilities will open at 10 a.m. today (February 20, 2025).
The delayed opening includes all Active Living and Parks and Library System locations, as well as the Government Center, Social Services locations, Construction and Demolition Landfill, Household Hazardous Waste Facility, Animal Shelter, Veterans Services Office and Board of Elections Office.
All LunchPlus Club sites are closed for the day.
