Get ready for wheels, thrills and automobiles at Touch-a-Truck
Explore vehicles of all shapes and sizes; enjoy family-friendly activities
CONCORD, N.C. – Rev your engines for a day full of fun and exploration. On Saturday, Nov. 2, the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center will come alive with the sights and sounds of emergency vehicles, tractors, fire trucks and more during the sixth annual Touch-A-Truck event hosted by Cabarrus County Active Living and Parks (ALP).
Join us from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for an interactive experience that allows visitors to get up close and personal with the vehicles that serve our community. Children and adults will have the opportunity to explore these impressive machines and meet the professionals who operate them.
A special low-sensory period will take place from 9 to 10:30 a.m. for those who prefer a quieter environment. That period of the event will wrap up with the annual helicopter landing around 10:30 a.m.
Enjoy ride-on dinosaurs, bounce houses, face painting, and a dedicated kid’s zone featuring activities, games, prizes, candy and more. Also, Next Level Tailgates will showcase a Carolina Panthers-themed fire truck and tailgating RV.
Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.
Admission is free, with parking available for $8 (credit or debit card only).
Give the Gift of Life:
