Opening a Candidate Committee

The NC State Board of Elections has created a helpful video on opening a candidate financial committee.

To open your candidate committee, you will need the following forms:

Statement of Organization
Certification of Financial Account Information (Confidential)
Certification of Threshold (if spending & receiving less than $1,000)
Candidate Designation of Committee Funds
