March 19, 2020: What the state of emergency declaration means to you
This afternoon, County leaders declared a State of Emergency for Cabarrus County.
The declaration will help the County and municipalities meet community needs through administrative support and proactive resource mobilization related to COVID-19 preparation, response and recovery.
The State of Emergency declaration is posted on the County’s website.
This declaration does not impact County employees and operations. If you have specific questions, turn to your department head.
