Plans, Permits, and Services

Cabarrus County Fire Services conducts building and site plan reviews for commercial and residential developments in the Town of Midland, the Town of Mt. Pleasant and the unincorporated areas of Cabarrus County. Submit plans electronically through the Accela Citizen Access Launchpad, our online electronic plan submittal program. We also provide services such as foster care inspections, hydrant flow tests, environmental surveys, special event, tent and blasting permits.
